Recent College Grads? Work for the Government

I know that some of you on here have kids in school. I've posted some job announcements here before, or at least discussed them with some. Anyway, here's one that closes this Friday that some parents or kids might be interested in.
Quote:
Come work with our highly motivated and professional team of biologists! The Seattle District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is hiring four new project managers (biologist/ecologist) for permanent positions. The salary range is $42,222 to $67,137 per year. Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within two years from an accredited institution AND reside within 200 miles of the City of Seattle. Recent Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible. These are excellent opportunities for career development. The job announcement closes Friday, September 18, 2015.

The Regulatory Branch is responsible for making permit decisions for work in Waters of the United States, including streams and wetlands. Project Managers work under the authorities of the Clean Water Act and Rivers & Harbors Act. Project Managers (PMs) maintain a robust workload of permit processing, compliance, and enforcement actions. The district covers the geographic area of the state of Washington. Seattle District offers PMs plenty of hands-on experience implementing the Endangered Species Act and National Historic Preservation Act responsibilities, as well as coordinating with a variety of Indian tribes as part of our tribal trust responsibility. The district office is based in a new LEED certified building located a short distance from downtown Seattle.
